Super Talent company does not want to make its fans to wait too long for new models to appear. After those 5 models from MasterDrive DX series, two new models from MasterDrive LX series of 2,5 inches where launched with the capacity of 64 GB and 128 GB respectively and a SATA-2 interface of 3 Gb/sec.

It is well-known the fact that hard-disks are more preferred than SSD yet because of the report between the price and the storage capacity that is favorable for the first ones. New MasterDrive LX could be the beginning of the change in this dispute because of the low prices that offer this two new produces: 179 USD for 64 GB and approx. 300 USD for 128 GB.

The sequential reading speed is maximum 100 MB/s and the one for writing is maximum 40 MB/s. These two storage units have an integrated error corrector (EEC) and a better one administration of data transferring. Their names are the same cryptic as previous ones: FTM64GO25H and FTM28GO25H. And their selling has already begun this week.
